Tortilla boats: the original recipe to surprise your guests!

How to surprise your family with the best dinner idea ever!

INGREDIENTS
 4 chicken breasts;
 4 tortillas;
 220g (1 cup) mozzarella;
 Olive oil;
 Salt and pepper;
 Egg wash.
 
METHOD
  1.  Wrap tortillas to form boats as shown on the video.
  2.  Make slits on chicken breast ⅔ way through. Season with salt and pepper.
  3.  Place chicken breast into a boat and drizzle with olive oil. Brush tortilla with egg wash.
  4.  Bake at 190C/375F for 20 minutes, then top with cheese and broil until melted.
