Fried flowers: a delicious brioche to surprise your guests!

So beautiful and delicious, everyone will be surprised! 
 
INGREDIENTS
For the dough:
1 tbsp sugar
10g dry yeast
1 tsp salt
200ml / 0.82 cup warm milk
200ml / 0.85 cup warm water
3 tbsp oil
600g / 4.8 cups flour (all purpose)
 
Oil
Jam
 
METHOD
  1. Mix sugar, yeast, salt, warm milk and warm water. Add flour and knead the dough.
  2. Pour butter over the dough and let rise for 2 hours.
  3. Divide the dough into portions and form into balls. Form flowers from the dough.
  4. Let rise for 30 minutes. Deep-fry.
