Fried flowers: a delicious brioche to surprise your guests!

So beautiful and delicious, everyone will be surprised!
INGREDIENTS
For the dough:
1 tbsp sugar
10g dry yeast
1 tsp salt
200ml / 0.82 cup warm milk
200ml / 0.85 cup warm water
3 tbsp oil
600g / 4.8 cups flour (all purpose)
Oil
Jam
METHOD
- Mix sugar, yeast, salt, warm milk and warm water. Add flour and knead the dough.
- Pour butter over the dough and let rise for 2 hours.
- Divide the dough into portions and form into balls. Form flowers from the dough.
- Let rise for 30 minutes. Deep-fry.
