Fluffy and easy to make, here's the perfect recipe for a delicious breakfast!

490ml (2 cups) milk
9g yeast
1100g (0.5 cup) sugar
3 tbsp oil
1 egg
10g vanilla sugar
Salt
1 tsp vinegar
625g (5 cups) flour (all purpose)
Custard
Hazelnut cream
Hazelnut kernels
METHOD
- Mix all ingredients and knead the dough. Let rise for 60 minutes. Roll out the cake. Grease half of the cake with custard, the second part with loess cream. Collapse roll. Decorate with hazelnut seeds.
- Let rise for 30 minutes. Brush with an egg.
- Bake for 30 minutes at 180 ° C / 350 ° F.
