Baked ham rolls: a very pleasant surprise for your guests!

Everyone will love this treat!

INGREDIENTS

200g (1.4 cup) cooked ham

200g (1.5 cup) toast cheese

200g (0.8 cup) Edam cheese in pieces

Flour

100 g breadcrumbs

3 eggs

METHOD

Arrange three pieces of ham and three pieces of toast cheese. Put a piece of Edam cheese and roll. Cut slices and put a wooden stick.
Roll each piece in flour, then dip in scrambled eggs, and then roll in breadcrumbs.
Bake in very hot oil.
