Baked ham rolls: a quick and tasty recipe!

Easy and super delicious, they are perfect for a tasty dinner! 
 
INGREDIENTS
8 slices ham;
8 pieces mozzarella;
3 eggs;
Panko breadcrumbs.
METHOD
  1. Roll mozzarella in ham.
  2. Whisk 3 eggs dip each roll into the egg mixture and cover with breadcrumbs.
  3. Repeat by dipping into egg again and covering in more breadcrumbs.
  4. Fry for 5 minutes, flipping halfway through.
