Baked ham rolls: a dish to prepare in a few minutes!

If you love zucchini and chicken, this recipe is for you! 
 
INGREDIENTS
250 g ham
250g chicken breast
1 small zucchini, shredded
150 g cheese
2 egg
3 g (1/2 tsp) salt
Breadcrumbs
10ml (2 tsp) olive oil

METHOD
  1. Cut chicken into 5-6 thin slices. Cover chicken slices with plastic wrap and beat with a meat mallet or rolling pin to tenderize the meat. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Shred the zucchini.
  3. Place a slice of ham on a cutting board, arrange a piece of chicken and a slice of cheese on top.
  4. Put some shredded zucchini on the cheese slice and wrap the roll. Continue with the remaining ingredients.
  5. Prepare the breading station: whisk 2 eggs in a bowl, place breadcrumbs onto a separate plate.
  6. Dip each roll in beaten eggs, then coat in breadcrumbs and place into a baking dish.
  7. Sprinkle the rolls with olive oil and bake at 180 °C for 20 minutes.
