INGREDIENTS

- Bread slices

- Milk

- Zucchini 2

- Parmezan shredded 5 tbsp

- Feta cheese 12 slices

- Ham 8 slices

- 2 Eggs

- Chopped parsley 1 tbsp

- Pepper to taste

- Salt to taste

- Nutmeg to taste

METHOD

Chop and fry the zucchini on both sides.

Prepare the baking pan.

Dip the bread slices into the milk. Put four slices onto the baking pan then cover it with fried zucchini, parmezan, cheese slices and ham. Repeat it one more time and cover with bread slices.

In a bowl mix the eggs with parmezan and spices, pour this mixture over the bread.

Bake about 15-20 minutes 190 ' C ( 374 F )
