Lasagna roll: a tasty alternative to the original dish!

These lasagna rolls make for a tasty and unique main dish. Would you ever have thought of serving your lasagna like this?INGREDIENTS
300g ricotta cheese
400g spinach
salt
pepper
400g wavy lasagne
scamorza cheese
400g tomato puree
20g Parmesan cheese
DIRECTIONS
Cook the pasta for about 5 minutes, the time needed to make it softer and easier to roll up. In the meantime, prepare the filling by combining the spinach, ricotta, salt, and pepper. Spread the filling onto the lasagne sheets, add some scamorza cheese and roll it up. Place the rolled up pasta in a baking dish, cover with tomato puree and grated Parmesan cheese. Bake at 190°C for 30 minutes.
