Lasagna in a cup: a tasty idea!

Ingredients:
½ cup ricotta cheese;
salt and pepper to taste;
½ tsp Italian herbs;
½ cup parmesan;
6 lasagna sheets, cooked;
½ cup tomato sauce;
½ cup mozzarella.
Instructions
Mix ricotta with salt, pepper, Italian herbs and parmesan.
Lay 2 lasagna sheet together and cover with half of the cheese mixture. Add two lasagna sheets on top, add leftover ricotta. Top with two lasagna sheets and roll together.
Pour ¼ cup of tomato sauce on the bottom of the mug. Add ¼ cup of mozzarella and put the lasagna roll in. Top with leftover sauce and cheese.
Heat in microwave on HIGH for 2-3 minutes.
