Crispy lasagna onion bombs: a tasty dish that will impress everyone

INGREDIENTS
3 small white onions
1 cup beef ragu
1/2 cup bechamel sauce
4 lasagna sheets, cooked
4 slices mozzarella
oil, for frying
1 cup plain flour
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup panko breadcrumbs
METHOD
Cut an onion in half, separate out the rings then partner each ring with its opposing number.
Using a small cookie cutter, cut many rings of mozzarella cheese and lasagna sheet.
In each half of onion, put in a ring of pasta, then add 1 tsp of ragu, a slice of cheese, 1/2 tsp bechamel, then ring of pasta. Repeat until fill completely onion halves, put a final slice of pasta on ONE of the halves. Put one half on top of the other to form a ball.
Freeze for 30 minutes.
Dip each ball into the flour, then in the egg, and it the breadcrumbs.
Heat the oil and fry until golden.
