Onion pork: a dish that everyone will love!

This is a recipe perfect for the whole family!

INGREDIENTS

600g Pork

2 Onions

1 Tomato

2 Potatoes

60g (4 tbsp) Greek yogurt

10g (2 tsp) Mustard

2 cloves Garlic

4g (1 tsp) Salt

4g (1 tsp) Pepper

100g (1/2 cup) Cheese

METHOD

Beat the meat first then add salt and pepper.
Cut the onion and tomato.
Put the onion into a pan and then put the meat over them. Spread some mustard over it and add tomato. Add chopped garlic, salt and pepper. Put some cheese and spread the greek yogurt.
Bake at 180C for 30 minutes. Serve.
