Meat rolls with bacon: the main dish that everyone will love

INGREDIENTS

500g pork
10 slices bacon
10 mini sausages
100g bacon cubes
Rosemary
50g butter
1 clove garlic
125ml (½ cup) white wine
Salt
Pepper

METHOD
- Fill pork rolls with diced bacon. Roll them in bacon strips.
- Arrange the rolls and mini sausages on skewers.
- Melt the butter in a pan and add a clove of garlic. Fry the skewers in butter.
- When the skewers turn brown, pour in the wine and add salt, pepper, and rosemary.
- Cook until done. Serve.
