Meat rolls with bacon: the main dish that everyone will love

It'll be one of your family's favorites!

INGREDIENTS
500g pork
10 slices bacon
10 mini sausages
100g bacon cubes
Rosemary
50g butter
1 clove garlic
125ml (½ cup) white wine
Salt
Pepper

METHOD
  1. Fill pork rolls with diced bacon. Roll them in bacon strips.
  2. Arrange the rolls and mini sausages on skewers.
  3. Melt the butter in a pan and add a clove of garlic. Fry the skewers in butter.
  4. When the skewers turn brown, pour in the wine and add salt, pepper, and rosemary.
  5. Cook until done. Serve.
