Tomato meat rolls: the perfect recipe for a delicious dish

INGREDIENTS
400g (2 cups) tomato sauce
Fresh parsley
2 cloves garlic
1kg meat
60g (5 tbsp) parmesan
1 celery
2 carrots
1 leek
200ml (4/5 cup) red wine
Salt
Pepper
Olive oil
METHOD
1. Place garlic, chopped parsley, and cheese slices on the meat slices.
2. Roll up the meat and insert toothpicks so that it does not unroll.
3. Sauté celery, carrot, and leek in a pan. Arrange the meat rolls on it. Pour over red wine. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Pour over tomato sauce and cook for about 1 hour and 30 minutes, until done. Serve.
