Eggplant rolls

INGREDIENTS

300g meat bolls
3 fry eggplant
1/2 jalapeno
3 tomatoes
5 oz tomato sauce
cheese
3 cloves of garlic

METHOD
Make rolls with eggplant and meat balls. Put it in a baking dish. Add chopped tomatoes, jalapeno and garlic. Cover with tomato sauce and grated cheese.
Bake at 180C/350F for 20 min.
