Rolled meat eggplant: a fun recipe that everyone will love!

This is a new and incredible way to cook eggplant!

INGREDIENTS
• 4 eggplants
• 700g ground meat
• 1 onion
• ½ tsp salt
• ½ tsp black pepper
• ½ tsp smoked paprika
• ½ tsp dried thyme
• 100g cheese
 
METHOD
  1. Put eggplants on a baking sheet, pierce them with a fork. Bake for 25 minutes at 190°C/375°F. Peel after baking.
  2. Add the ground meat, grated onion, salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and dried thyme to the bowl. Mix until combined.
  3. Spread the minced meat with a thin layer on the cling film. Put eggplant on the minced meat and make an incision in it. Add the cheese inside. Wrap the eggplant with minced meat.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes at 180°C350°F.
