Rolled meat eggplant: a fun recipe that everyone will love!

This is a new and incredible way to cook eggplant!
INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
• 4 eggplants
• 700g ground meat
• 1 onion
• ½ tsp salt
• ½ tsp black pepper
• ½ tsp smoked paprika
• ½ tsp dried thyme
• 100g cheese
METHOD
- Put eggplants on a baking sheet, pierce them with a fork. Bake for 25 minutes at 190°C/375°F. Peel after baking.
- Add the ground meat, grated onion, salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and dried thyme to the bowl. Mix until combined.
- Spread the minced meat with a thin layer on the cling film. Put eggplant on the minced meat and make an incision in it. Add the cheese inside. Wrap the eggplant with minced meat.
- Bake for 30 minutes at 180°C350°F.
