Baked eggplants: a unique recipe that everyone will love!

Turn eggplant into a delicious dish with this easy recipe!

INGREDIENTS:

1 Onion
2 Potatoes
3 Tomatoes
2 Red peppers
3 Eggplants
Bechamel sauce
Salt – 4g ( 1 tsp )
Cheese – 100g ( 1/2 cup )

METHOD:

Cut the potatoes, onion, peppers, tomatoes into circles and cut the eggplants into stripes
Add vegetables between the eggplant stripes and add salt.
Make bechamel sauce and pour it over the eggplants. Bake at 180C for 30 minutes.
Take it out of the oven and add cheese. Bake for another 10 minutes. Serve.
