Potato and zucchini cake: the unique recipe for a special dinner!

INGREDIENTS
2 eggplants
2 zucchini
450g (1 lb) ground beef
1 onion
10g (1 tbsp) flour
4g (1 tsp) salt
4g (1 tsp) pepper
4g (1 tsp) smoked paprika
4g (1 tsp) thyme
Fresh parsley
Potatoes
Cherry tomatoes
Tomato sauce
 
METHOD
  1. Cut into strips eggplant and zucchini.
  2. Add meat, onion, pepper, salt, paprika, thyme, oil, flour and parsley to the mixing bowl. Make a mixture.
  3. Make meatballs, which you then place between strips of eggplant and zucchini.
  4. Arrange in an oiled pan. Add potatoes and cherry tomatoes in the middle.
  5. Season the potatoes with paprika, then pour the tomato sauce.
  6. Bake at 360°F / 180°C for 45 minutes. Serve.
