Zucchini cake: a perfect recipe for a delicious dinner!

• 3 zucchini
• 2 eggs
• 200ml / 0.82 cup kefir
• 2 tbsp flour
• 80ml / 0.37 cup olive oil
• 10g baking powder
• black pepper
• salt
• red pepper flakes
• chives
• parsley
• dill
• cheddar
 
METHOD
  1. Dice zucchini. Add eggs, kefir, flour, baking powder, olive oil, spices, green onions, parsley and dill. Mix.
  2. Put the dough in the form. Bake for 30 minutes at 180 ° C / 350 ° F.
  3. Sprinkle cheese on top and bake for 5 minutes at 180 ° C / 350 ° F.
