Potato and zucchini toast: easy, tasty and ready in no-time!

INGREDIENTS
850g (4 1/4 cups) Potatoes
1 Egg
4g (1 tsp) Salt
4g (1 tsp) Pepper
100g (1/2 cup) Grounded cheese
50g (2/3 cup) Breadcrumbs
1 Zucchini
Olive oil
100g (1/2 cup) Cheese
Basil
METHOD
- Cook the potatoes, squash then and add grounded cheese, salt, pepper and egg. Mix well and add breadcrumbs.
- In other bowl grind the zucchinis and add salt to them.
- Divide the potato mixture into 4 parts. On baking paper put some olive oil and add 1 part of the potato mixture. Divide it into two parts. One part of it presses and make a square.
- Strain the zucchini and put them on the square. Add basil and cheese. Make a square of the second part of the mixture and put it on the zucchinis. Put the squares into the pan and grill them. Serve.
