Stuffed zucchini: a delicious dish ready in no-time!

Try zucchini in this way and you will not regret it! 

INGREDIENTS
3 Zucchini
200g (1 cup) Cheese
500g (3 1/2 cups) Tomato
4g (1 tsp) Salt
4g (1 tsp) Pepper
1/2 Onion
2 cloves of garlic
Hot pepper
Parsley
Oil
 
METHOD
  1. Use a fork to make stripes on the zucchinis. Put them in a pot full of water and boil them.
  2. Grate the tomatoes. In an oiled pan put the garlic and onion. Cook it and add chopped hot pepper. Pour the grated tomato, salt, pepper and cook.
  3. Take out the middle of the zucchinis and fill them with stringy cheese.
  4. Put them into a pan with tomato sauce. Cook them well. Serve.
