COCOA CRÊPES: for an even more delicious snack!

INGREDIENTS (makes about 10 crêpes)
270ml milk (1 1/8 cups)
100g all-purpose flour (3/4 cup)
30g unsweetened cocoa powder (1/4 cup)
30g powdered sugar (1/4 cup)
2 eggs
METHOD
1. In a large bowl, whisk the eggs and milk together using a hand whisk.
2. Add the all-purpose flour and powdered sugar and whisk again until smooth.
3. Add the unsweetened cocoa powder and continue whisking until you obtain a smooth, lump-free batter.
4. Heat a non-stick pan and lightly grease it with a small piece of butter.
5. Pour a ladle of batter into the pan and swirl it around to evenly coat the base.
6. Cook for a few minutes until the batter sets, then flip the crêpe using a spatula.
7. Cook for another minute, then repeat until all the batter is used.
