Fried crepes: how to make them even more delicious!

INGREDIENTS
For the batter:
2 eggs
120g (1 cup) of flour
360ml (1 1/2 cups) of milk
5ml (1 tsp) of vegetable oil
A pinch of salt
A pinch of sugar
 
150g of cooked ham
150g of cheese
2 eggs
Breadcrumbs
Oil for frying

METHOD
  1. In a blender add the eggs, flour, milk, vegetable oil, salt, and sugar and blend all well until smooth.
  2. Add the mixture with the ladle to a hot greased pan and cook the crepes on both sides.
  3. Arrange the pieces of cooked ham and slices of cheese and fold each one.
  4. Pass them into the eggs and coat them with breadcrumbs. Fry in hot oil until they are golden brown on both sides.
