Fried crepes: how to make them even more delicious!

INGREDIENTS
For the batter:
2 eggs
120g (1 cup) of flour
360ml (1 1/2 cups) of milk
5ml (1 tsp) of vegetable oil
A pinch of salt
A pinch of sugar

150g of cooked ham
150g of cheese

Breadcrumbs
Oil for frying

METHOD
- In a blender add the eggs, flour, milk, vegetable oil, salt, and sugar and blend all well until smooth.
- Add the mixture with the ladle to a hot greased pan and cook the crepes on both sides.
- Arrange the pieces of cooked ham and slices of cheese and fold each one.
- Pass them into the eggs and coat them with breadcrumbs. Fry in hot oil until they are golden brown on both sides.
