Colored crepes: how to make them without artificial coloring!

Perfect as a fun appetizer, make them is really simple!
INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 cups flour
200ml milk
1 tbsp sugar
2 eggs
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1/2 tsp salt
150g beet juice
150g carrot juice
3 tbsp lemon juice
Stuffing:
1 cup bechamel sauce
2 cups fresh baby spinach
1 cup fried mushrooms
METHOD
- Mix all ingredients except juices, Divide the dough in half in two bowls and add vegetable juices.
- Fry on a pancake pan.
- Add spinach, mushrooms and sauce to the crepes, roll and put in the baking dish.
- Bake for 10 minutes at 180°C/350°F.
