Harlequin cake: the most colorful dessert ever!

Full of color, tasty and easy to make. Everyone will love it!
INGREDIENTS
200 g (7 oz) sugar;
4 eggs;
2/3 cup warm milk;
150 g (5 oz) butter, melted;
400 g (14 oz) flour;
1 ½ tsp baking powder;
A pinch of salt;
1 tsp vanilla extract;
4 gel food colorings of your choice.
METHOD
- Whisk flour with salt and baking powder. Add sugar, eggs, melted butter, milk and vanilla. Whisk until smooth batter forms.
- Divide the batter into 5 equal parts and dye 4 of them with different gel food coloring of your choice.
- Cover 20 cm spring cake pan with parchment and brush with oil. Start pouring cake batter of the different color into the pan as shown on the video. When the cake pan is full, tap it on a kitchen counter and bake for 60 minutes at 180C/350F.
- Optionally you can decorate the cake when it has cooled down: brush the cake with syrup, caramel or honey, and then cover with rainbow sprinkles.
