Giant chip cookie: the most delicious pie ever!

The only thing better then chocolate chip cookies is a giant chocolate chip cookie !
INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
1 cup butter, room temperature;
1 cup brown sugar;
½ cup white sugar;
1 egg;
2 tsp vanilla extract;
2 ¼ cup flour;
1 tsp baking soda;
½ tsp salt;
340 g (12 oz) chocolate chips;
1 cup hazelnut cream.
METHOD
Beat butter and both sugars together until creamy. Add vanilla and an egg in and continue beating with a hand mixer.
Separately combine leftover dry ingredients and add them into creamy butter base. Stir and combine with chocolate chips (1/3 of all the chips).
Spread half of the dough into round parchment covered cake pan, spread the hazelnut cream on top and cover with leftover dough.
Decorate, using leftover chocolate chips.
Cover the cake pan with foil and bake at 180C/350F for 30 minutes, then remove the foil and let the cookie get brown for 5 minutes more.
