The Best Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe Ever (crunchy outside and chewy inside)

INGREDIENTS
280g (1 1/4 cups) of salted butter softened
250g (1 1/4 cups) of granulated sugar
240g (1 1/4 cups) of brown sugar
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 eggs
400g (3 1/4 cups) of all-purpose flour
1 tsp of baking soda
½ tsp of baking powder
1 tsp of sea salt
350g (2 cups) of chocolate chips
METHOD
1. In a bowl, pour the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Give it a stir to mix all the powders together and set aside.
2. In another bowl, add the soft butter with the brown sugar and sugar. Whip it up well.
3. Add the eggs and vanilla extract. Continue to whip until you have a soft and compact dough.
4. Now is the time to add the powders. Gently mix with a spatula from the bottom up.
5. Add the chocolate chips. Mix well to incorporate the chips throughout the dough.
6. Arrange portions of the dough on a baking tray. With this dough, you will get about 12 cookies.
7. Now bake at 190°C (374°F) for 10 minutes.
