These stuffed chocolate cookies are absolutely AMAZING!
Thick and chewy chocolate cookies filled with gooey pockets of Nutella, everyone always loves them!
INGREDIENTS
60g powdered sugar
60g powdered sugar
150g butter
60/80g cocoa powder
1 egg
250g flour
hazelnut cream
METHOD
1. Mix softened butter with the egg and sugar.
2. Gradually add the flour and cocoa. The dough should be soft.
3. Fill each cookie with hazelnut cream
4. Bake at 180°C/360°F for 15/20 minutes.
