Chocolate cake: the moistest chocolate dessert recipe ever!

Moist, chocolaty perfection. This is the chocolate cake you've been dreaming of!
INGREDIENTS
175g flour
4 eggs
10g baking powder
250ml milk + coffee
110g cocoa
400g mascarpone
160g cream
200ml oil
50g powdered sugar
100ml water
20ml brandy
60g butter
40ml milk
100g chocolate
METHOD
- Mix in a small bowl of flour, cocoa and baking powder.
- Pour eggs, sugar, sour cream and oil into a large bowl.
- Shake with a mixer and then insert the pre-prepared mixture. Continue mixing until compact.
- Pour mixture into baking pan and bake at 400F / 200C for 15 minutes.
- During this time, prepare a filet of Mascarpone cheese, sour cream, cocoa and condensed milk.
- When the dough is baked, cut it into 4 equal parts and coat with brandy, sugar and water.
- Put a filler between each layer of dough. Finally topped with melted butter, chocolate and milk. Refrigerate before serving cakes.
