Chocolate and cream cake: a delicious dessert for a special occasion!

This dessert is just irresistible!
INGREDIENTS

3 eggs
200g (1 cup) of sugar
20ml (0.1 cup) vegetable oil
250ml (1.02 cup) of milk
50g (0.5 cup) cocoa
180g (1.4 cup) of flour
10g baking powder
For soaking: 50ml (0.2 cup) of milk
Cream:
500ml (2.13 cups) of whipped cream
100g (1 cup) of coconut
50g (0.4 cup) of powdered sugar
For overflow:
200g (0.4 cup) chocolate (dark and milk mixes)
200ml (0.85 cup) whipped cream
For decorating:
200g strawberries
- METHOD
To prepare the biscuits, beat the eggs and sugar until frothy, then add the milk, flour, baking powder and cocoa. Pour the mixture into a 24 cm mold and bake at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Once the biscuit is baked, allow it to cool to room temperature, then remove the surface portion of the biscuit to keep the cake flat. Put the biscuit in the mold and prepare the cream. - Whip the whipped cream, add the powdered sugar and coconut. Spread the cream over the biscuits. Heat the whipped cream, then break up the chocolate, put in the whipped cream and let it melt. Combine the cream and chocolate and sprinkle over the cream.
- Leave the cake in the fridge for 2-4h.
- When the cake has cooled, decorate it with strawberries.
