No bake chocolate cake: simply the best dessert for your special dinner!

A no bake dessert that everyone will love!  
 
INGREDIENTS
1 espresso shot
300ml (1 1/4 cup) whipping cream
350g round cookies
150 ml (2/3 cup) black coffee
dark chocolate
chopped nuts (for decoration)
 

METHOD
  1. In a bowl beat whipping cream with an espresso shot. Dip each cookie in black coffee.
  2. Arrange cookies on a plate in a round shape and spread whipped cream on top.
  3. Top with another layer of cookies and cream. Continue layering until you use up all ingredients.
  4. Chill in the fridge for 2 hours.
  5. Pour melted chocolate over the chilled cake.
  6. Sprinkle chopped nuts on top and chill the cake for 30 minutes more.
  7. Slice and enjoy!
