No bake chocolate cake: simply the best dessert for your special dinner!

A no bake dessert that everyone will love!
INGREDIENTS
1 espresso shot
300ml (1 1/4 cup) whipping cream
350g round cookies
150 ml (2/3 cup) black coffee
dark chocolate
chopped nuts (for decoration)
METHOD
- In a bowl beat whipping cream with an espresso shot. Dip each cookie in black coffee.
- Arrange cookies on a plate in a round shape and spread whipped cream on top.
- Top with another layer of cookies and cream. Continue layering until you use up all ingredients.
- Chill in the fridge for 2 hours.
- Pour melted chocolate over the chilled cake.
- Sprinkle chopped nuts on top and chill the cake for 30 minutes more.
- Slice and enjoy!
