Triple layer chocolate cake: it will be the best dessert of your life!

This is the chocolate cake you've been dreaming of!
INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
55 gr. dark chocolate
15 gr butter
20 ml milk
2 eggs
90 gr. sugar
55 gr. flour
10 gr. cornstarch
5 gr. baking powder
Dark Chocolate Mousse:
2 yolks
2/3 tbsp sugar
90 ml. milk
90 gr. dark chocolate
180 gr. cream 33%
10 gr. gelatin + 1.5 tbsp. milk
Milk Chocolate Mousse:
2 yolks
2/3 tbsp sugar
90 ml. milk
90 gr. milk chocolate
180 gr. cream 33%
10 gr. gelatin + 1.5 tbsp. milk
White Chocolate Mousse:
2 yolks
2/3 tbsp sugar
90 ml. milk
90 gr. white chocolate
180 gr. cream 33%
10 gr. gelatin + 1.5 tbsp. milk
Glaze:
5 gr. gelatin + 1 tablespoon water
80 gr. milk chocolate
100 gr. cream 33%
20 gr. white chocolate
METHOD
- In pan heat milk with butter and chocolate. Beat egg yolks and whites separately adding the sugar. Add third part of whites to yolks and then add in flour, cornstarch and baking powder. Add the cooled chocolate mixture in and mix well, then add the rest of whites. Transfer to a baking pan and bake at 180 ' C (356' F) for 25 minutes.
- Pour the milk to gelatin then on low heat in the pan add milk, sugar and egg yolks, mix well and when thickens add gelatin and dark chocolate. Let it cool but not completely. Beat the cream. Then mix the mixtures on pour onto the baked biscuit. Leave in the refrigerator for 40 minutes.
- Repeat with milk and white chocolate.
- Then pour a little water to gelatin, then in the pan on low heat mix cream, milk chocolate and white chocolate with gelatin, let it cool.
- Pour onto the cake and leave in the refrigerator over the night.
