Chocolate crepes cake: an indulgent recipe to try now!

This chocolate crepe cake is one of the most impressive cakes you'll ever make!

Made with beautiful layers of soft crepes and whipped cream, the result is irresistible!

INGREDIENTS
Pancake dough:
160g (1.3 cup) flour (all purpose)
20g cocoa
1/4 tsp salt
75g sugar
360ml (1.5 cup) milk
2 tbsp coffee
 
Filling for Crepe cake:
400g Philadelphia cream cheese
300ml (1.3 cup) heavy cream
100g (0.5 cup) sugar
1 tsp vanilla
 
Chocolate ganache:
250g dark chocolate
250ml (1.06 cup) heavy cream
 
METHOD
  1. Mix ingredients for dough and fry pancakes.
  2. Mix all the ingredients for the cream and beat with a mixer.
  3. Form a Crepe cake by alternately laying out pancakes with cream.
  4. Top with cooked chocolate ganache.
