INGREDIENTS

• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1 pinch salt
• 2 tbsp cocoa for chocolate dough
For cream:
• 100g/0.5 cup sugar
• 200g/1.3 cups cream cheese
• 150g/1 cup cream
• 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
• raspberries
• mint for decoration
METHOD
1. Mix all the ingredients for the dough - except cocoa. Then pour about a third of the dough into a small bowl and mix the cocoa with the remaining two thirds.
