Zucchini chips: the genius method to make them crispy and tasty!

Here's the best method to cook and eat zucchini! 
 
 
INGREDIENTS
4 Zucchini
2 Eggs
60g (8 tbsp) Breadcrumbs
4g (1 tsp) Salt
1 Garlic clove
Oil
200g (1 cup) Mayonnaise
 
METHOD
  1. Cut the zucchinis into strips but leave them together.
  2. In a pot add water and salt. Put the zucchinis and cook them. In a bowl add eggs and whisk them. In other bowl add breadcrumbs.
  3. Coat the zucchinis with eggs and them in breadcrumbs. Cut them into strips and fry them.
  4. Serve with mayonnaise.
