Shrimp chips: extra crispy and delicious

INGREDIENTS
10 shrimp tails
Rice paper (as needed)
Salt (as needed)
Pepper (as needed)
Half a glass of white wine
1 liter of vegetable oil for frying
METHOD
1. Clean the shrimp tails thoroughly.
2. Place the shrimp in a bowl and season with salt, pepper, and a bit of wine.
3. Cut the rice paper into fairly large pieces.
4. Place a shrimp on each piece of rice paper and flatten it slightly.
5. Fry the shrimp in vegetable oil. 6. Let them turn golden, drain well, and enjoy the crispy and delicious shrimp!
