Lemon shrimps: it will be a family favorite dish!

You'll be amazed that you can make this simple, elegant dish in mere minutes.

INGREDIENTS
For shrimp:
300g (1 cup) Shrimp, peeled and tails removed
200g (1.6 cups) flour
100ml (0.42 cup) ice water
300ml frying oil
 
For the sauce:
40g (3 tbsp) mayonnaise
30g (1 1/2 tbsp) honey
40ml (2 tbsp) condensed milk
peel of ½ lemon
15ml (1 tbsp) fresh lemon juice
¼ tbsp salt
 
METHOD
  1. Prepare the cleaned shrimp, roll them in a mixture of flour and cold water and fry in heated oil.
  2. Prepare the honey sauce, lemon peel, lemon juice, mayonnaise, condensed milk and add a little salt.
  3. Roll the crispy skewers in the sauce and enjoy the taste.
