Cheesy corn dogs: they are a family-favorite!

Skip the store-bought snacks in flavor of an easy recipe for homemade corn dogs that take just minutes to make!

INGREDIENTS
• Sausages
• Mozzarella cheese
• 15g sugar
• 250g flour
• 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 egg
• 200ml milk
• 150g bread crumbs
• vegetable oil
 
METHOD
1. Cut the sausage in half, put it on a wooden stick and add a slice of mozzarella on the same stick.
2. Pour sugar into the bowl, sift the flour and baking powder, add salt, egg and milk. Pour the dough into a glass.
3. Breadcrumbs pour into a shallow dish
4. Dip the cheese and sausage on a stick in the dough, then roll in the bread crumbs.
5. Fry in oil until golden brown.
