Cheesy corn dogs: very quick to prepare!

INGREDIENTS
2 sausages
150g (1 cup) flour
50g (1/3 cup) rice flour
30g (2 2/5 tbsp) sugar
1/2 tsp salt
7 dry yeast
1 egg
100ml (1/2 cup) warm water
250g mozzarella cheese
100g breadcrumbs

METHOD
- In a bowl mix together warm water, sugar, yeast, and egg, and add flour and salt. Let it rise for 1 hour.
- Put half of the sausages with mozzarella piece onto the skewer, dip into the dough and dip into the breadcrumbs.
- Fry in the hot oil until golden brown.
