Easy Homemade Mini Corn Dogs: super easy and fun to make!

Quick, simple and delicious mini baked corn dogs are the perfect easy lunch or dinner for your busy weeknights. Done in less than 20 minutes!

INGREDIENTS
• 200g pancake mix
• 180ml milk
• cheese
• mini sausages
• frying oil
• wooden sticks
 
METHOD
  1. Mix pancake mix with milk.
  2. Skewer cheese and sausages.
  3. Dip each skewer into the cooked batter.
  4. Deep-fried until golden brown.
