Potato croquettes: fun, tasty and easy to make!

They are so simple to make e you only need a few ingredients!

INGREDIENTS
3 medium sized potatoes,
2 tablespoon of corn flour,
1 egg,
5 tbsp flour,
1 tsp spoon of salt,
Parsley
Spices
 
METHOD
  1. Boil and crush the potatoes, add the corn flour, and then mix. Add salt, spices and coarsely chopped parsley, then one egg. Add the flour to the mixture of ingredients and combine everything.
  2. Use a spoon and water to form fritters more easily, take one full spoon of the prepared mixture and arrange on a floured surface. Heat oil and bake.
