Potato and cheese croquettes: fried or oven baked, you have to try this recipe!

These potato and cheese croquettes are crunchy, tasty and easy to make. Everyone will love this crispy treat!
 
INGREDIEnTS
4 boiled potatoes
salt
pepper
nutmeg
40ml warm milk
parsley
40g Parmesan cheese
6 slices of cheese
flour
egg wash
breadcrumbs
 
DIRECTIONS
1. Mash the boiled potatoes and add salt, pepper, and nutmeg to them. Then mix in the milk and Parmesan cheese.
2. Spread the mixture onto a slice of cheese and make a sandwich.
3. Freeze for 30 minutes.
4. Cover in flour, dip them in the egg wash and then cover them in breadcrumbs.
5. Fry in hot oil.
