Potato fries with cheese sauce: the perfect appetizer to try

INGREDIENTS
8-10 potatoes 
Oil for frying
30g of butter
15g (1 tbsp) flour
200ml (1 cup) of milk
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp curry
4 slices of cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp paprika

METHOD
  1. Peel the potatoes, cut a spiral out of potatoes.
  2. Fry potato spirals in the hot oil until golden brown.
  3. In a pan add butter and flour then milk, sugar, salt, curry, paprika, and cheese.
  4. Serve potatoes with prepared sauce.
