Cheese truffles nachos: just a few minutes to make a tasty appetizer!

Want to make a tasty snack for your appetizer? This easy and fun recipe of cheese truffle served with nachos will be the answer! No oven needed just a few ingredients and 10 minutes!
Cheese truffles with nachos
INGREDIENTS:
Nachos
300g creamy cheese
50g mascarpone cheese
100g parmesan
30g smoked salmon
20g chopped almonds
2 tsp poppy seeds
Chives
Parsley
Pepper
Various spices
METHOD:
1.Mix all together creamy cheese, mascarpone cheese and parmesan.
2.In a bowl add to the mix pepper and parsley.
3.With all the rest add smoked salmon and mix again.
4.Now make some mini balls and roll the first ones in chopped almonds and basil powder, the other one in poppy seeds and chives.
5. Then refrigerate for 30 minutes, ad nachos and taste!
Cheese fondue
INGREDIENTS:
4 camembert cheese
4 brie cheese
1 1/2 lbs Emmental cheese
1 lbs potato
3 tbsp olive oil
salt
pepper
3 pizza dough
1 tbsp fresh parsley
METHOD:
1.Cut the tops of camembert and brie cheeses.
2.Form 3 cheese towers. Cover each tower with pizza dough sheet.
3.Transfer cheese towers to the baking sheet and add potato. 4Drizzle potato with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
5.Bake at 180°C/350°F for 20-25 minutes.
6.Cut the tops of towers, sprinkle with fresh parsley and dip the potato.
Bite-sized parmesan pears
INGREDIENTS:
2 pears
parmesan
half lemon juice
METHOD:
1.A tasty appetizer easy to make and that you should definitely try! 2.Make some balls from the pears using an ice cream scoop.
3.Dip them in lemon juice and then in parmesan.
4.Let them sit a few minutes in the fridge.
