A salmon, zucchini and cream cheese roll, it is so tasty. Here how to prepare a quick and delicious appetizer in no time.INGREDIENTS
plastic wrap
300g smoked salmon
400g cream cheese
200g grilled zucchini
DIRECTIONS
Place the slices of smoked salmon onto a sheet of plastic wrap without leaving any gaps between the slices of salmon. Carefully spread the cream cheese over the salmon, and then place the grilled zucchini slices over the cream cheese. Using the plastic wrap, slowly start rolling it up, and then refrigerate for at least 2 hours. When it has cooled and become more solid, it will be ready to slice.
