Chicken and speck roll-ups: ready to serve in just a few minutes!

INGREDIENTS FOR 4 ROLL-UPS4 chicken breasts
100g speck
100g spinach
100g cheese
rosemary
sage
pepper
salt
DIRECTIONS
Flatten the chicken breast until it’s quite thin. Season with salt and pepper, place the spinach and cheese on top of the chicken breast and roll it up. Wrap the roll-ups in tasty speck and bake at 180°C for 20-25 minutes.
