Salmon cannoli: the light and appetizing recipe!

Just salmon and puff pastry to make the perfect appetizer!

INGREDIENTS

1 puff pastry
100g of smoked salmon
80g of provolone cheese
1 egg
Sesame seeds

METHOD

We take the puff pastry and divide it into eight squares. On each square, we place a bit of salmon and then provolone in an oblique way.
Then close the puff pastry by bringing the edges of the sides towards the center and closing them well.
Then arrange the cannoli on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Brush them with egg and add a sprinkling of sesame on top.
Bake in oven at 200°C/392°F for 25 minutes, until they are golden.
