Salmon roll-ups: a healthy and tasty summer dish!

Roll up the salmon and bake, the result is really delicious!
INGREDIENTS
salmon fillet
100g baby spinach
ricotta cheese
pepper
salt
lemon zest

DIRECTIONS
1. Thinly slice the salmon fillet.
2. Fill them with ricotta cheese and baby spinach.
3. Roll them up and bake at 180°C for 15 minutes.
4. Season with pepper, add some basil and serve.
