Zucchini and salmon roses: a fun and tasty idea!

You’ve all probably heard of apple roses, now you can try the savory version!

INGREDIENTS

one roll of puff pastry
1 zucchini
100g cream cheese
100g smoked salmon

DIRECTIONS
Cut the puff pastry roll into 5 strips, add the cream cheese and the zucchini leaving the edge of the zucchini off the pastry. Add the salmon, fold the strip and roll it up. Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes and serve!
