Salmon rolls: a fast recipe for a tasty appetizer

Salmon, cheese and arugula rolls, here's the fastest way to make a tasty appetizer.

Mix the cheese with chopped arugula, add a little olive oil and a pinch of salt. Spread it on each slice of salmon, wrap the slice to make a roll and place it on a serving plate. Finally, decorate with cheese stars and pink peppercorn!
