Easy, quick and delicious! If you love salmon, you will want to try this special recipe!INGREDIENTS
50g smoked salmon
arugula
lemon zest
2tsp cream cheese
pitted black olives
DIRECTIONS
Place two slices of smoked salmon on a sheet of plastic wrap. Spread the cream cheese over the slices of smoked salmon, top with lemon zest, arugula and pitted black olives. With the help of the plastic wrap, shape the salmon into a ball. Refrigerate for at least two hours. Add more lemon zest before serving.
You can also make smaller balls to serve as a starter or enjoy as a snack!
